I came home from selling and sharpening knives to find a big box awaiting me! It must be my new knife shipment me thinks! It was.

Machetes Fixed Blade and Folding Knives For Sale |
Here is a picture of the knives. The top two are machetes made by Condor and SOG. Next is the big black fixed blade knife. This is a KA-BAR BK2 Becker Campanion and its sheath. Below and to the left is a Boker Epicenter, the knife to the right is a Spyderco CAT, the two fixed blade knives on the bottom are rubber training knives.

Condor El Salvador Machete, SOGFari Machete |
Here are the two machetes. The top is the Condor El Salvador, stainless 18" blade with sheath. The SOGFari is 13" stainless with a black finish and a saw tooth spine, and sheath.
It seems like everybody brings me a machete to sharpen — so I thought to get some in and see how it goes.
Some of the machetes that are brought to me to be sharpened were never sharp — they were sold with what I call a decorative edge — so I sourced these to be sharp from the factory.
Both are sharp, but I would give the vote to the Condor — its a bit sharper over the total length of the blade.

KA-BAR BK2 Becker Campanion |
Next up is the KA-BAR BK2 Becker Campanion. This is a monster-strong knife has a 5 1/4" long 1/4" thick blade and is one pound of carbon steel!

KA-BAR BK2 Becker Campanion |
The sheath is hard plastic, nylon belt loop. The belt loop can be removed and can be MOLLE mounted.
The name of the knife
'Campanion' indicates what this knife is designed for: camping and all that outside living lifestyles.

Boker Epicenter |
This Boker is another large, strong, heavy knife. The handle is solid titanium, the blade is VG-10.
|
Spyderco CAT Folding Knife |
Now we are back to reasonably sized knives! This Spyderco is a fairly small folding knife. I am a fan of the Spydercos as the thumb hole makes the knife easy to open and close.
|
Rubber Cold Steel Tanto Edged Training Knives |
Here are the two Cold Steel training knives. They are made of rubber and have blunt edges so that they can safely used for practice and training.

BK KA-BAR, Spyderco, Boker Knives |
I had the boxes out — so I figured they needed their 15 minutes of fame!
